I should have posted about Yoga earlier but here it is (: I just finished a very well needed yoga stretch routine and I feel great! I haven’t been practicing yoga as much as I used to, but the routines can really ‘release’ body stresses! It’s such a busy-hectic-demanding world out there! Have some time to take care of of your body! Stretch, relax and a quick yoga session always gives me a nice little boost.
