Cooking: mozzarella stuffed meatballs

Hello readers and passer by’s,

Sorry I’ve disappeared lately but I’ve been thinking, inspired, influenced and lots of things basically haha. I’m thinking of transferring my blog soon but I can’t seem to figure out how to transfer all my current content to my other page (its a wix page). So if anyone knows that would be great!

Cooking cooking cooking! Another thing I love doing. You can just play around with the ingredients and get creative with the taste. Mix and match, test and adjust, and always improve for the next time to create the perfect munchies ^^

So here comes my first cooking post:

Ingredients :

2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
500g of minced beef
1 egg
1/2 cup of finely chopped white onion
3 tsp of minced garlic
1 tbls of bread crumbs
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of milk
1 tbls of yellow mustard
Tabasco
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp of freshly ground pepper
Mozzarella bits

In a large bowl add all the ingredients together, not including the Mozzarella bits. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated with the minced beef. Preheat the oven at 170°C. Use baking paper or grease a baking pan. Make little meatballs with the mixture and place them evenly on the pan. Using a spoon or any other useful kitchen tool, make little cheese nests into the meatballs for the Mozzarella bits to fit in. Add the Mozzarella. You could even sprinkle some left over grated Parmesan before putting it in the oven for 20-25 mins. Et voila! Hope you’ll enjoy this if you do try it out ^^
